More about Allice Pattullo...
Alice Pattullo is an illustrator based in East London. Alice works on commissioned illustrations for a variety of clients including Bon Appetit, Country Living, Crabtree and Evelyn, Design for Today, Faber, Fortnum and Mason, Gardens Illustrated, The Ginger Pig, Little Toller, National Trust, Sainsburys, The V&A Museum, and The Village Voice.
Alongside this she regularly explores British traditions, sayings, rhymes, folklore and superstitions in her personal work, producing limited edition screen prints for sale.
In Spring 2022 Alice launched her first wallpaper collection 'Arcadia' predominantly inspired by a childhood growing up on her parents allotment in the North-East. 'Arcadia' takes a nostalgic look at associated memories, flora and fauna as well as recalling a more recent reconnection with nature; pacing the tree-lined streets and parks of London during the pandemic. This colourful series takes its inspiration from historical textiles and embroideries, with a focus on the nature and landscapes of England, its traditions and folklore.
